Under the guidance and direction of Craig High School art teacher Kate Tartaglia, two students’ work made the final cut for the Mayo Performing Arts Center Ninth Annual Program Art Contest.
The work of CHS sophomores Charlotte Fricke and Colby Tallau’s original artwork is on display now through early March in the MPAC’s upstairs art gallery.
MPAC will be hosting a private reception for all student artists and their families on Monday, Feb. 26th.
The theme for this year’s program was “Imagine! Discover! Create! Celebrate the Arts” and that is exactly what these two CHS students have done.
